(Foreign Direct Investment International rbitration Moot FDI Moot 2020)
With the aim of training international law graduates with foreign language proficiency and international trade and investment litigation skills, this is an interesting playground for Vietnamese law students.
This year, the FDI Moot 2020 national round organized by the Vietnam International Law Association (VSIL) in collaboration with the Diplomatic Academy (DAV) attracted a total of 21 teams from 14 universities across the country. This is the round with the largest team size and spread in the past 3 years.
On July 24, 2020, the final match taken at Hall A, Diplomatic Academy, Hanoi announced the results, the two best teams in the country were Jennings (Hanoi Law University) and Kateka (Diplomatic Academy) will advance to the Asia-Pacific region competition to be held in Seoul, Korea.

The Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot) was established in 2006 with the coordination of five organizations, namely CILS Center (Austria), University studied at King’s College (UK), Pepperdine University (USA), University of Suffolk (USA) and the German International Arbitration Association (DIS).
