On 21 November 2025, Lawyer Nguyen Gia Huy Chuong, Partner at Global Vietnam Lawyers (GV Lawyers), participated as a speaker at ILS Forum 2025 – Investment Legal Support Forum, organized by VIAC in cooperation with ITPC in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event, held under the direction of the HCMC People’s Committee, brought together more than 300 participants from regulatory bodies, investors, experts, and the business community. This year’s discussions focused on “Investment in Industrial Park Infrastructure: Regulatory Updates and Practical Recommendations.”
During the dialogue session, Lawyer Chuong delivered in-depth insights on the legal framework governing industrial park infrastructure, including investment procedures, social infrastructure requirements—particularly housing and essential facilities for workers—as well as emerging legal issues amid administrative boundary adjustments and policy changes.
GV Lawyers’ participation contributed to clarifying practical challenges and proposing solutions aimed at promoting a transparent, stable, and sustainable investment environment.
