- In the “Update latest regulations“ section, we will keep you updated of the Law No. 03/2022/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Investment, Law on Housing, Law on Enterprises, and Law on Special Consumption Tax, on sharply increasing fines for violations in the field of real estate business. In addition, we will keep you updated about the support for businesses and employees under Resolution 11/NQ-CP, on reducing value-added taxes and deductible expenses when determining corporate taxable income.
- Next, the article “Contract breach and criminal liability after Covid-19” by Lawyer Hoang Thi Hoai Thu and Paralegal Nguyen Cong Duy Thong of GV Lawyers, will analyze cases where commercial individuals or legal entities will be penalized when violating contractual obligations, especially breach of contractual obligations due to the Covid-19 epidemic, through which, related parties will gain experience in protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
- Enterprises will be interested in the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s proposal on stopping grant of investment decisions for wind power and solar power projects that have not been implemented yet, as well as the HoREA’s proposal on “auction deposit” in “Good readings for you” section.
- In the section “Legal Guidance“, we will update the questions related to (i) Deductible expenses for payment to employees in relation to untaken leave; (ii) Input value-added tax deduction; (iii) Issue invoice with commercial discount; and (iv) Make an invoice with a list of intraday retail sales to customers who have not received any sale invoice.
