Vietnam Business & Investment Fast Track (VBI Fast Track) was established on 07 July 2020 by founding members who are domestic and foreign businessmen and economic experts on the basis of fully complying with the principles of transparency, not for profit purposes and in accordance with the law of Vietnam. In addition to the primary goal of joining hands with the Government to come up with solutions and actions to boost the economic recovery and growth of Vietnam in the aftermath of the Covid 19 pandemic, VBI Fast Track will focus on advising and supporting investment promotion for the Vietnamese Government, domestic and foreign investors in terms of mechanisms and policies on attracting foreign direct investment, etc. Sticking together with VBI Fast Track from the very first days, GV Lawyers is honored to be one of the members directly involved in the activities of VBI Fast Track to contribute to helping VBI Fast Track realize its goals and vision.
As of 20 August 2020, VBI Fast Track signed a memorandum of understanding with the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Amcham Vietnam) with the U.S. Ambassador Kritenbrink witnessing virtually from Hanoi, to facilitate coming large foreign investments into Vietnam, and look forward to welcoming more American investment to Vietnam.
