Ltd (Dai-ichi Life Vietnam) and Mai Linh Group Corporation (Mai Linh Group) to develop an exclusive network in promoting the life insurance for 15 years. By having cooperation between the qualified life insurance products of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam and the extensive market network of Mai Linh Group, the targeted business collaboration aims to effectively boost the distribution of life insurances to reach all provinces and cities across Vietnam as well as contribute to the development of both illustrious companies in Vietnam.
Accordingly, we advised Dai-ichi Life Vietnam in establishing a cooperation structure, financial plan and agency compliance in the strategic partnership with Mai Linh Group, as well as assisted in drafting the 15-year exclusive agency contract sets between Dai-ichi Life Vietnam and Mai Linh Group.
