Position Identification

• Job Position Title: Junior Associate
• Working Location:  Ho Chi Minh office
• Reporting to: Partners and designated supervising lawyers of the Corporate Team

Job Description

• To identify and correctly apprehend clients’ objectives and needs;
• To prepare and provide legal advices to the client’s satisfaction;
• To make sure that all documents produced by the Associate’s team are drafted in GV Lawyers’ standard format, appropriately written language wise and law-abiding in contents before forwarding to the Partner in charge for final review;
• To attend meetings/negotiate together with or on behalf of clients;
• To build up close working relationship with government authorities;
• To provide professional coaching to junior staff;
• To actively participate in the promotion activities and business development programs of the Firm in any appropriate ways and means ; and
• To perform other assignments as mandated by the Partners.

Skills and Key requirements

• Holding at least a BA in law and a Lawyer License;
• Having at least 2-3 years of working experience in good-reputation law firms and in GV Lawyers’ practices (as testified by letters of reference if possible);
• Being versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Having logical thinking, good analytic and persuading skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English;
• Being creative, proactive, rigorous and accountable;
• Being fit for working under high pressure either on his/her own or as a team leader.

• Working Location:  Ho Chi Minh office
• Reporting to: Partners/Associates of the Corporate Team

Job Description

• Assist, upon request and as per instructions of Supervisors, GV Lawyers teams in performing their assignments;
• Reporting to Associates;
• To assist Supervisors, Partners or GV Lawyers teams in carrying out promotion and business development activities ; and
• To perform other assignments upon request of Supervisors or Partners.

• Holding a BA in law;
• Having logical thinking and analytic skills;
• Being proactive, professionally versatile, rigorous and accountable;
• Having a sense of team integration and good adaptation capabilities;
• Being versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Having a good command of both written and spoken in English.

• Job Position: Legal Intern
• Working Location: Hanoi office
• Direct Supervisor: Associates of the Corporate Team

Job Description

• Provide assistance in handling legal-related matters;
• Do legal research, assist in technical update;
• Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable.

Job Requirement

• Must have the legal right to work in Vietnam;
• Good understanding of corporate laws, commercial laws, foreign investment laws, WTO’s commitment;
• Final year students, fresh graduates in Law;
• Computer literacy and good command of English;
• Good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
