PARALEGAL POSITION (Corporate & Dispute Practice)
Position Identification
- Working Location: GV Lawyers – Ho Chi Minh office
- Reporting Levels: Directly or through the assigned reporting line, depending on the nature of each assignment
- Junior Associates/ Associates/ Senior Associates
- Partners
Job Description
- Assist, upon request and as per instructions of Supervisors, GV Lawyers teams in performing their assignments;
- To assist Supervisors, Partners or GV Lawyers teams in carrying out promotion and business development activities ; and
- To perform other assignments upon request of Supervisors or Partners.
Required Qualification/Skills
- Holding a BA in law;
- At least 1 year of basic experience in legal field or excellent or good grade with newly graduated student;
- Having logical thinking and analytic skills;
- Being proactive, professionally versatile, rigorous and accountable;
- Having a sense of team integration and good adaptation capabilities;
- Being versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Having a good command of both written and spoken in English.
