31 December 2019, Global Vietnam Lawyers (GV Lawyers) has promoted a new Senior Associate and three new Associates, effective as of 1 January 2020.
The promotions will reflect GV Lawyers’ strategy of attracting and retaining the most talented and committed people, offering a range of complementary services to our clients covering all their legal needs as well as further bolster the firm’s strength in Private Equity and M&A, Employment, Real Estate and International Litigation.

Ms. Ngo Thi Diem
Diem focuses her practice in the areas of Corporate, Employment, Private Equity and M&A. With almost 10 years of experience working in the legal consulting field, Diem can provide diverse and sophisticated legal advice on her practices.
Her promotion to Senior Associate is in recognition of her never-ending work ethic and her extensive legal consulting knowledge.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang
Hang has recently joined GV Lawyers as a Para-legal. With experiences in practising law acquired from her previous job at well-known law firms in Ho Chi Minh City, she quickly exposes her expertise in Corporate, Real Estate, Merger & Acquisition area.
The promotion to Associate would give Hang more opportunities for her to develop to a higher degree her competence as a skilful legal advisor and well as a professional attorney.

Mr. Nguyen Gia Thinh
He primarily practices on Merger & Acquisitions, Equity restructuring, Commerce, Corporate Governance, Media Crisis Management and International Litigation, has gained considerable practical skills and valuable experience in these legal areas.

Mr. Tran Minh Quyet
Quyet has extensively worked on a broad range of cross border M&A and offshore IPO transactions, advisory and regularly advises on regulatory issues on commercial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Quyet has also acquired practical knowledge in various legal fields including international acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private financings, international corporate restructurings as well as experience in litigation and arbitration.
