Also on that basis, the Board of Partners can make important personnel strategy decisions that affect the plan to develop and improve the quality of the personnel team.
In December 2020, the Board of Partners considered and unanimously made a decision to promote Ms. Do Le Ngoc Hien to an official Associate of GV Lawyers in light of serious work efforts and her conscientious dedication during her time with the company.
Following is the background information of the new Associate – Ms. Do Le Ngoc Hien
Ms. Hien has more than 04 years of experience in the field of law practice before becoming a lawyer at GV Lawyers. Together with the advisory group under the guidance and direction of Leading Partners, Ms. Hien has effectively advised investors, domestic and foreign enterprises on doing business in Vietnam in various fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Investment, and Finance – Banking.
