- Next, the article “Is the legal instrument the key or the lock when it comes to the disruption of the supply chain of goods due to the pandemic?” by Lawyers Tran Huu Tien, Lawyer of GV Lawyers analyzed the difficulties faced by goods suppliers during social distancing. According to the author, to bring the economy in general and the supply chain of goods in particular back to the inherent pace, in addition to measures to circulate goods, policies to support businesses are as acute and direct as the present, the State needs comprehensive and long-term legal instruments.
