- In the “Notable News“ section, we will keep you updated on guidance on electronic transactions in the tax sector; Decree 31/2021/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the 2020 Investment Law; instructions on implementing the Law on Investment in the form of public-private partnership; and worth noting is the new regulations on guaranteeing the performance of civil obligations.
- In the next “Article“ section, we would introduce an article by Le Quang Vy, Partner of GV Lawyers, and Paralegal Vo Tran Hoang Sa, titled ” Who is the real author between a conceiver of creative ideas and a ghostwriter?” posted on the website of Vietnam Lawyer Journal on 15 April 2021.
- In “Good readings for you” section, we would review two articles related to pilot purchase of solar and wind power about to be conducted without EVN; and proposing policies to support transportation businesses.
- The section “Legal Guidance“ will be the latest guidelines related to: (i) Corporate income tax and personal income tax policy for the sum to buy health insurance for employees; (ii) Personal income tax policy; (iii) Value added tax on processing operations of export processing enterprises; and (iv) Contractor taxes.
- The last part of the Legal Newsletter is, as usual, the list of selected legal documents issued in March 2021.
