The book is a handbook for music activists – creative people who care less about their own interests.
The book consists of 3 chapters:
Chapter I: overview of moral rights – Property and ownership.
Chapter II: on copyright and related rights.
Chapter III: collective management of copyright and related rights.
In addition, there is an annex to introduce the State’s legal documents such as Decree 47/2009 / ND-CPV on penalties for administrative violations in cultural activities.
