Organizational structure
Our flexibility reflects an evenly proportioned internal structure. GV Lawyers is managed by a board of partners, managing partner and team leaders, which have enabled us to focus on our clients and the task at hand with the best expertise. Those managing teams working on the basis of a transparent managemental structure, 4.0 hi-end technology system, and precious professional teams. These have meant less time in internal meetings, avoiding time-wasting administrative activities and therefore invoicing expenses without bringing more efficiency to client work. Our policy of recognizing Partner Lawyers on merit also gives great incentive to our Associate Lawyers – as they begin to distinguish themselves they are also making themselves available to one day go into partnership with us; demonstrating our commitment to an environment without hierarchical barriers and bureaucracy.
