Ms. Thanh-Mai Pham graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Law from the HCMC University of Law (Vietnam) and then finished her master’s degree with distinction in the same field at the University of Lincoln (UK). Her dissertation discussed how human rights and Asian values, on the basis of respect and corporation, could supplement each other, and how they have been harmonised in the past years for the mutual purpose of upholding human dignity.
She worked for several law firms and enterprises as a legal assistant and legal executive respectively, which granted her opportunities to experience in various law fields, ranging from IP, Advertisement, Casino, Sale and Purchase Contracts to Corporate, before joining GV Lawyers in April 2022 as a Para-Legal.
In GV Lawyers, Ms. Mai continues to accumulate knowledge and experience in Renewable Energy, M&A, and Investment Laws under the instructions of high-profile lawyers, who facilitate and encourage her on her way to becoming a professional solicitor in the future.
