BIOGRAPHY
Phuoc achieved a Bachelor of Laws at the HCMC University of Law majoring in Commercial law in 2014. She interned for the Vietnam Investment Group and Phuoc has been successful in joining GV Lawyers. She is now working as an Associate in one of the firm’s branches, in Da Nang office.
Phuoc has since improved her professional expertise and gained a lot of practical experience in various legal fields including merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, cross border transactions, corporate regulatory compliance, commerce, land, retainer service, etc.
