BIOGRAPHY
Duy Thuan graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws under the Advanced Program in Civil, Commercial and International Law.
Prior to joining GV Lawyers, Duy Thuan worked as a Paralegal at a law firm specializing in corporate, investment, licensing and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Through his involvement in various projects, he gained experience in foreign investment procedures, corporate governance, employment and labour compliance, legal due diligence, and commercial transactions.
Duy Thuan joined GV Lawyers in May 2026 as a Paralegal. His career objective is to become a commercial lawyer with a focus on cross-border transactions, foreign investment, M&A, employment and labour matters, real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
