BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Tieu Hong Tu Nghi graduated from the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Commerce Law in 2017. Prior to working for Global Vietnam Lawyers, she spent four years working in business consulting environment where she had chances to serve clients in corporate secretary services, market entry services and compliance advisory services during their operation in Vietnam.
After that, she had worked for a professional law firm with the position of Junior Associate. She successfully assisted a variety of clients including foreign and domestic investors acquiring shares/ contributed capital and other licensing procedures in accordance with requirements of Vietnam laws.
Ms. Tu Nghi has joined Global Vietnam Lawyers in 2023. Her career objective is to become a commercial lawyer in Corporate and Merger & Acquisition fields.
