Ms. Truc graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Law from the HCMC University of Law (Vietnam) and started her career working as a legal intern at GV Lawyers from May 2019. After a six-month internship, Ms. Truc became an official staff of GV Lawyers in the position of Paralegal in November 2019.
During her time served at GV Lawyers, Ms. Truc has attained vast experience in providing legal assistance to international and local [multi-national] companies/clients in principal areas of Merger & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Inbound Investment, Labour & Employment and Intellectual Property.
As a part of the journey for developing her career path, Ms. Truc participated in the Vietnamese Lawyers Training Course [with program training lawyers for serving international integration] held by the Judicial Academy in October 2021 and graduated as the valedictorian in January 2023.
Currently, Ms. Truc continues to accumulate knowledge and experience at GV Lawyers under the instructions of high-profile lawyers, who facilitate and encourage her on her way to becoming a professional solicitor in the future.
In January 2025, Ms. Truc was promoted to the position of Junior Associate.
