BIOGRAPHY

Before graduating from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, in May 2026, Ngoc Giau completed approximately 10 months of internship at an international arbitration centre in Vietnam. During this time, she had the opportunity to gain exposure to arbitration proceedings and legal issues arising in the course of dispute resolution.

With a career focus on dispute resolution, including commercial arbitration and litigation before the courts, Ngoc Giau joined GV Lawyers in May 2026. During her time at GV Lawyers, she has assisted in two international arbitration matters administered by an international arbitration centre based in Singapore, as well as various litigation matters before the courts. Through these experiences, she has progressively developed practical experience and strengthened her skills in legal research, case analysis, assessment of legal issues, and development of legal arguments.
