GLOBAL VIETNAM LAWYERS WELCOMES MS. DANG PHUONG LE AS PARTNER, OVERSEEING THE HANOI OFFICE

Global Vietnam Lawyers is pleased to announce that Ms. Dang Phuong Le has joined the Firm as a Partner and will also oversee its Hanoi Office, effective May 4, 2026.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Le has advised many multinational corporations, foreign investors and leading domestic enterprises in the fields of inbound and outbound investment, corporate, M&A, competition, banking and finance, real estate, employment and intellectual property.

Ms. Le is well regarded for her sharp legal insights and practical approach. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring and complex legal projects, delivering strategic legal solutions and supporting clients in navigating to Vietnam’s evolving regulatory landscape.

In the field of intellectual property, Ms. Le has been recognized as a “Vietnam IP Expert” by Asia IP and listed in the World Trademark Review 1000 for several consecutive years. Ms. Le is also a visiting lecturer for lawyer training programmess at the Judicial Academy in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Prior to joining GV Lawyers, Ms. Le had nearly 15 years of experience working as a Partner and Head of the Hanoi Office at an international standard law firm, before taking on the role of Legal Director at a reputable real estate group in Vietnam.

Ms. Le’s appointment marks an important step in GV Lawyers’ strategy to strengthen its presense in Hanoi and improve its capabilities, contributing to further strengthening GV Lawyers’ position in providing comprehensive and effective legal solutions to clients.
