In the morning of 06 June 2020, at the Sports Training and Competition Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Kendo Federation of Ho Chi Minh City successfully organized its founding conference. The Conference was attended by representatives of the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Home Affairs, representatives of sports associations and federations in Ho Chi Minh City, guests and nearly 100 delegates.
The establishment of the Kendo Federation of Ho Chi Minh City is a historic milestone for the kendo movement in Ho Chi Minh City, creating conditions for developing and promoting kendo – a fine martial art and sport in the spirit of “koken chiai” (“Crossing swords with love”) and upholding “Budo Spririt” and “Courtesy” – both physically and morally training the practitioners. GV Lawyers is very pleased to be a legal partner to support the Ho Chi Minh City Kendo Federation throughout the establishment process as well as being a gold sponsor in the founding conference of the Federation.
