The seminar “LAND LAW 2024: SOLUTIONS FOR INVESTORS TO UTILISE THE OPPORTUNITIES” organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) in collaboration with the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) took place on the morning of July 17, 2024.
The seminar featured the participation of Mr. Luong Van Ly – Senior Advisor at Global Vietnam Lawyers. The objective of the seminar was to disseminate information about the Land Law 2024 to the investor community, especially foreign investors operating in Ho Chi Minh City; as well as to exchange and discuss arising legal issues and provide recommendations for investors on risk management in the context of the new legal framework.
