With the aim of summarizing and further discussing remarkable issues arising in the process of settling disputes by arbitration, Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), HCMC University of Law and Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association jointly host the Discussion Forum: “𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺”.
