Corporate Paralegal Job Description
Position Identification
- Job Position Title: Paralegal
- Working Location: HCM office
- Under direct supervision of: Partners of Corporate Team
- Reporting to: Partners of Corporate Team
- Supporting Staff: Para-legals
Job Description
- Assist, upon request and as per instructions of Supervisors, GV Lawyers teams in performing their assignments;
- Reporting to Senior Associate-level / Associate-level;
- To assist Supervisors, Partners or GV Lawyers teams in carrying out promotion and business development activities ; and
- To perform other assignments upon request of Supervisors or Partners.
Skills and Key requirements
- Holding a BA in law;
- Having logical thinking and analytic skills;
- Being proactive, professionally versatile, rigorous and accountable;
- Having a sense of team integration and good adaptation capabilities;
- Being versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Having a good command of both written and spoken in English.
Corporate Legal Intern Job Description
Position Identification
- Job Position: Legal Intern
- Working Location: HCM office
- Direct Supervisor: Senior Associates/Associates of Corporate Team
Job Description
- Provide assistance in handling legal-related matters;
- Do legal research, assist in technical update;
- Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable.
Job Requirement
- Must have the legal right to work in Vietnam;
- Good understanding of corporate laws, commercial laws, foreign investment laws, WTO’s commitment;
- Final year students, fresh graduates in Law;
- Computer literacy and good command of English;
- Good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

- Reporting Skills, Statistical Analysis, Time management, Proactive;
- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office;
- Positive Attitude and Eagerness to Learn;
