We are currently opening up many job opportunities for prospective and potential candidates in the Associate position, who can participate in our recruitment process specifically as follows

Position Identification

Job Position Title: Associate
Working Location: HCM office & Hanoi office
Under direct supervision of: Partners
Reporting to: Partners
Supporting Staff: Para-legals

Job Description

To identify and correctly apprehend clients’ objectives and needs;
To prepare and provide legal advices to the client’s satisfaction;
To make sure that all documents produced by the Associate’s team are drafted in GV Lawyers’ standard format, appropriately written language wise and law-abiding in contents before forwarding to the Partner in charge for final review;
To attend meetings/negotiate together with or on behalf of clients;
To build up close working relationship with government authorities;
To provide professional coaching to junior staff;
To actively participate in the promotion activities and business development programs of the Firm in any appropriate ways and means ; and
To perform other assignments as mandated by the Partners.

Skills and Key requirements

Holding at least a BA in law and a Lawyer License;
Having at least 2-3 years of working experience in good-reputation law firms and in GV Lawyers’ practices (as testified by letters of reference if possible);
Being versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Having logical thinking, good analytic and persuading skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken in English;
Being creative, proactive, rigorous and accountable;
Being fit for working under high pressure either on his/her own or as a team leader.
