TOPIC 05: CONDUCTING ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS
The fifth Talkshow in the series of Discussion events on issues that need to be amended and supplemented in the 2010 Commercial Arbitration Law and VIAC Arbitration Rules (VAS 2023 Crossover) was held to discuss the topic “Conducting Arbitration Proceedings”, discuss proposals in the draft amendments to the Arbitration Law 2010 of the Vietnam Bar Association and compare with the provisions of the Model Law and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules including: arbitration language, place of arbitration, applicable law, etc.
