TRAN THI HAI YEN

Ms. Hai Yen began learning and working in the legal domain before her graduation from the University of Economics and Law in 2016 and she now has reached nearly 02 years of experience as a practicing legal professional.

Prior to joining Phuoc and Partners in September 2017, she had worked for the legal department of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company and Trung Nam Construction Investment Corporation. Under these working environment, she had good conditions to get wide knowledge of business registration, mergers and acquisitions, the authorisation, the exchange of business certification and investment license, legislation prescribes types of construction contracts, lease contracts, sales contracts.

Ms. Hai Yen started her career as a Paralegal in GV Lawyers and this is an opportunity to enhance her practical experience in different legal fields.
