At 10:15, April 26, 2021, after loading 54 containers at Tan Cang Hiep Phuoc port, Ho Chi Minh City and preparing for a trip to Indonesia, the vessel Alica (Mongolian flag) lost its balance and then tilted sharply, dropping 18 containers of goods into the Soai Rap River ("Incident").
